Overloaded

A short top-down bullethell shooter, where you chose your upgrades and abilities and try to clear as many waves as possible. Somewhat inspired by BattlePaint, an old flash game released back in the late 2000s.

Note: The browser version might take a while to load and the audio glitches quite a bit, that's why there isn't music in the web version. Dowload the standalone version for a better experience.

Tips:

• collect as much exp as possible to have the best upgrades
• try to stay at maximum health as you won't waste an upgrade option because of the heal powerup
• some builds require you to strategize right from the start

Controls:

• WASD for movement
• LMB for shooting and selecting upgrades
• F to toggle fullscreen (works only for the executable version)

Made using python and pygame-ce. The web build was made using pygbag and WebAssembly (the cause for web performance issues and audio glitches).
